Dusty has a couple of treats that she adores. She has these little soybeans that are coated in a rice mixture with sesame seeds on top. She will take it in her mouth and run off to a corner in her cage and start eating it. Then when she finishes with it she comes back up to the front of her cage and wants another. She also loves dog treats! I was looking up online what hamsters like to eat and it said dog treats. I was shocked, but I went to the pet store and bought her some mini dog treats. I brought them home and gave her one and she devoured it! So I went back to the store and bought some more, and she continues to eat then to this very day. The other thing the Dusty loves are Healthy Toppings. They come in little packages and have all sorts of little seeds and nuts in them. Dusty like the pumpkin seed and almond ones. I will put them in with his normal food and he'll always eat the toppings first.
