Tioga Downs visit

We went to Tioga Downs Racino this past Saturday. I really enjoyed my visit. I can't say that I've been a huge fan of racetracks, for entertainment purposes, in the past but they've done a great job at Tioga Downs. The staff were very polite and helpful.
I was able to ride in the start car, which was a blast. We also did their free 'pick the winners' contest - I had two winners and an overall average of 50% of my picks at least placing.
We also were able to watch two of Draken's siblings race. That was something we didn't think would happen but there they were - Dragon's Lair offspring. One placed third and the other didn't do so well. Still it was fun to see them.
I should also mention that all of the horses appeared to leave the track sound and all looked pretty healthy.
I grew up on Thoroughbred tracks and have been to several Standardbred tracks, including the Red Mile, but would have to say that this was the best entertainment experience I've ever had on one.
