Bring your dog to work day. Instead of bring your kid to work day where we start influencing the workers of tomorrow this is more for the workers of today.

First, morale would jump if we had something like this to look forward to.
Second, it would be great for team building. Or just to get everyone on a team talking (even if it is complaining!)
Last but not least. We don't do enough out of doors with the dogs when it gets cold. This is a perfect outing!
