So we are heading to the lands of Disney World tomorrow.... here is the quote that will be said over and over again to Betty's husband, George:

The name of the fear is the "Tower Of Terror!" :)

We are having serious dog withdrawals and numerous calls home already to check on everyone's crews. We'll need some serious Pluto time tomorrow to help us through the day..... AAARRROOOO!!!

Just found another one - "Size matters not...Look at me. Judge me by size, do you?" I think this speaks to all the smaller shelters and rescues. Even though smaller we can do great things.

Somebody said to today "Much to learn you still have." That was their favorite. I had forgot that one.

I like that.

We introduced a puppy (Morgan) into our family in December. Roz, who will be seven years old in July, has been the master in every sense of the word. She has been extremely tolerant, patient, and generous with Morgan. In turn, Morgan has been an adept apprentice. Whatever Roz does, Morgan apes. Training Morgan has been a breeze due to Roz.

Ok, I also like this one:

"Always two there are, no more, no less: a master and an apprentice."

If anyone has had an older dog and then added to the pack, this one holds so true!
The problem is in my house that they usually teach the 'dark side of the force.' Especially if you have a beagle!!!

Not an expert on Yoda or anything, but I like the 'Fear is the path to th Dark Side. Fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; hate leads to suffering'.

Although, my FAVE character is Chewbacca! Factoid: Did you know that the creator of Star Wars got the idea for the sound that Chewbacca makes, from his Husky who makes a similar sound?! I thought that was kinda funny. ^_^

Well, I can't get Yoda's wisdom into my mind because it's filled with Petpatience's comments directed at me on the "Grisly Discoveries at Pa. Cat Death Camp." She had multiple errors in a posting. When I pointed out that the errors were detracting from her cause of protecting animals, I got the following statements(posted separate from my original comment). (And I'm not the one who said anything about kindergarten.)

"IF ANYBODY SOUNDS LIKE THEY GOT DUMPED IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU CASSIE3 CAN'T GET A DATE. BY THE WAY I DID WRITE THIS IN FRONT OF MY YOUTH GROUP. TO SHOW THEM NOT TO TAKE FLACK OFF OF ANYONE. "

"OH BY THE WAY THE KID'S SAID YOU SOUND LIKE TO THEM THAT SOMEONE STOLE YOUR BUBBLE GUM AT RECESS."

"I MIGHT ADD THIS IS A FORM FOR BOTH SIDES TO SPEAK THEIR MIND ON ISSUES AT HAND. NOT TO MAKE UP NEW ONE'S. TO MAKE YOU LOOK COOLER THEN EVERYBODY ELSE. THAT IS ADOLESCENCE AT IT'S BEST. GOT IT TEACHER CASSIE3."

"THE ANIMAL'S DESERVE MORE THAN JUST TRIVIAL HE SAID,SHE SAID B.S. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO GRADUATE KINDERGARTEN. QUIT LOOKING FOR THE CENTER OF ATTENTION."

"THE ISSUE IS THE TREATMENT OF THE CAT'S. AND THEIR WELL BEING. HOW ARE YOUR CAT'S DOING. MAYBE I SHOULD POP BY AND TAKE A LOOK AND SEE FOR MYSELF. YOU BETTER HAVE RECORDS ON HAND."

So...what would Yoda say to this? ;-)

Although I do think it is true, the only failure we can suffer is never having tried!

I agree with Beaglemutz - that is my favorite one as well and is a little mantra amongst all the staff and volunteers at our shelter.
