Cheap balls with bells inside from Wal-mart..$1.50
Shiny Ribbons................................$1.00
A Kitty Kat..................................Free
Procedure:
Attach the cheap balls to the shiny ribbon by tying a knot through the loop in the ball. Hang on door handles or just hold in hand and swing around.
Results:
One tired little kitty that doesn't keep you up at night playing. ;)
