Kelsie the Great Pretender

A few weeks after we got Kelsie, last August, we started training her nad introducing her to the rules of the house. Well, one of the rules that seemed to be the hardest for her to resist breaking was getting into the trash. Well, one day I seen Kelsie sneaking into the kitchen, and I knew exactly where she was headed. So I tip-toed behind a little ways behind her. I peeked around the corner of the kitchen entrance, just to see her get ready to get in the trash. Just as her little curious nose touched the rim of the trash can, I said "What are you doing?" She immediately fell over and acted like she was asleep! LOL I wanted to laugh, but I didnt' for fear she would think this was a cute trick, even though it was quite brilliant. So I turned my head towards the hall and chuckled to myself, and then composed myslef enough to let her know what she was about to do was a "no no". Talk about a "great pretender"! LOL
