This is a pill dispenser for goats. It is called a bolus gun. For anyone who does not or never has had goats - it is impossible to open a goats mouth and heaven forbid if you do, do not put your fingers in there trying to give them a pill. Their jaws are stronger than your finger bones. You can get one of these devices in between their back teeth and then shoot the pill down their throat. Frankly I do not use this. If I have to give a goat a pill I stick it in a piece of apple or a piece of bread. They take the pill without knowing and it is a whole lot easier!
