Mimi and Cookie do not like cowbells. My son, Calvin, received a medium sized promotional cowbell from a local hockey game. He thought it would be funny to put it around both Cookie and Mimi's necks. They did NOT. Cookie scratched Calvin to get out of his arms and made a noise I've never heard before! She wouldn't come out for the rest of the night--not even to get her evening can cat food snack! She gave ME the evil eye for the next day.
Bear - on the other hand - was unimpressed with Calvin's antics. He just sat there with the cowbell around his neck just waiting for him to come to his senses and take it off... He's such a tolerant old fella.
