WHEW !! IT HAS BEEN A RIDE!!!

And we thought that March 31st would never arrive OR arrive too soon. As I sit here on the morning of April 1st, I, along with several friends that I know of, feel like we have run the footrace of a lifetime. What started out to look like an impossibility has turned into reality! And I was so busy last night trying to get us points that I didn't know where we stood until this morning!!! I have met some of the most wonderful people on zootoo-that I would have never met had it not been for them.
I think perhaps it has opened some doors for our shelter that probably would have never opened and created a passion and an awareness for the HSOV, the people that work there, and the animals that are there or will be at some time.
Zootoo has brought some incredible people on board in our community and I do see good things happening because of it. Heads are already being put together to make HSOV as good as it can possibly be, AND it will only be as good as we can make it as a community-pulling together for one cause.
I have so enjoyed getting to know so many of you on here and sharing a common love-animals. I thank all of you for what you have done, and especially Debbie Kelley who has worked tirelessly and with a passion I have not seen before in anyone. You are to be commended and don't think it is not appreciated for one minute.
Hoping to see and meet some of you that I have only corresponded by email to in the near future doing great things for our animal shelter. I will sign off by simply saying "thank you" and God Bless all of you for what you have done.
