Sounds like the dog was not just stolen from her yard, but from her hands as she walked her dog!! Believe me, I would carry a gun while I walked and not be afraid to use it if I thought this was going on in my area. I can't believe how close this dog came to being dissected for med students. I hope this school, and all med/vet schools, are much more careful about where they get their dogs now that this has been exposed to the public.
