Let me tell you about Bill. He is such a beautiful cat, but because he was abandoned at a tender age, he is still slightly jumpy. Sometimes he acts like any other cat, but mostly he avoids contact with people. Now he love the dogs and he love Barry and me but if he is lounging on the stairs( his fav) and you walk by unexpected like, he will run for shelter like the hounds of hell are nipping at feet. Other times he will look at me like I am a total stranger come to do him harm. I don't know if any of this happened because he almost died from a kidney blockage, but other than these few quirks he is a good kitty just not particularly fond of company. No one who has ever come to the house has ever seen him. He's our Bill and we love him.
