Kelsie's New Friends!

Kelsie has been making some progress with her doggie socialization skills. She's made 2 new friends that live next door. Their names are Charlie & Sadie, they are Pembroke Welsh Corgis. I trade Celtic CD's with their Mom, who's been my neighbor for a few years now. She's Irish like me; except I'm also German, but she's Irish/Scott. Anywho, Kelsie was at first a little mean and somewhat scared, but as she really got to investigate them, she and Sadie became play pals. Charlie on the other hand, is a little fearful of Kelsie, he thinks she a "wild child"! LOL I've been very proud of how Kelsie has been doing with her socializing and schmoozing. I'm very glad that she atleast has a couple friends that she can play with. Kelsie was introduced to our other neighbor's dogs, Bo & Rhody, but she was very afraid of them which made her a little more aggressive towards them. They are bigger than her, so she's a little intimidated by them. Bo is Chocolate Lab, and Rhody is a Shar-Pei mix. They're good dogs, but Kelsie's just a little scared, so we chat with them from afar! LOL
