How Goofy Can You Get?
Dream is such a wonderful girl. She is so gentle and quiet and loving. But, she can also be a real big goof ball. The last few days, she has started something new.

We have a small bird feeder in the front yard on a post. Most of the time the birds are sparrows and finches. We will be getting others as the weather gets cooler. Well, Dream has decided that the birds don't need to be there. She doesn't want the bird food, but she also doesn't want the birds there. She waits until the feeder is full of birds. Then whoosh! She charges at them. As soon as they fly off, and they do fly, she's happy as can be. She's very proud of what she's done. As soon as she comes inside, the birds are back on the feeder. They know.

The birds fly into the tree close to the feeder. Dream will go stand under the tree. She doesn't try to get the birds, just stands there. She can sure be silly at times.

oh dream birds are wonderful. if you leave them at the feeders you can watch them all day and my boys would love you for it. sweet girl

She runs toward Chance, too. She wants him to chase her. Maybe she wants the birds to play, too. Would Piper and Scoot like to play chase?

uncle piper here. i am the elder statesman. i can sit and watch bb scoot chase her. but best wait till he gets wings so he doesn't get run over.

Don't need Scoot to get run over. She does run over Chance and Otto every once in a while.
