Two of my favorite dogs, are leaving my facility tonight. Phoenix is being adopted by an amazing woman, and Scottland is going to an AMAZING rescue group. These two dogs hold a very special place in my heart. My director, and I went to the hoarding situation where these dogs were located. The conditions were less than deplorable, and these two dogs were forced to live there. I have grown very attached to these boys, and am very sad to see them go. I think what makes me really sad about the situation, is there is another dog that came from the same place here. She will be by herself, and that wrenches my heart.
