As you can tell from the title, this isn't the happiest journal entry. You see, the pet group I volunteer with had these two sister pups. One was bigger than the other. Anyways, they had been rescued from what they believed was a puppy mill situation. The dogs had no clue how to use the bathroom outside or how to go for a walk. It was really sad. In all of it, though, the two sisters had each other. The other day, though, I was going through pictures of dogs that the group has helped get adopted over the past few months and there was one of both the dogs. Sadly, though, a caption underneath their picture said that the littler one died on Christmas morning. That just broke my heart. They aren't sure what happened. It just seems so sad to me because now the other puppy has lost a sister and a friend. I am sure she was scared at times, but she always had her sister there. I guess right now all you can do is pray that the other one is healthy and finds a wonderful, understanding forever home. I hope too that the little one is in Heaven having a good time too.
