My experience with Little Shelter in Huntington was wonderful. I recently lost my dog Rosie to cancer. I was very sad but thought getting another dog would make me feel better. I went to Little Shelter and chose a dog named Polly Sue. When we got home we went out in the backyard and she took a flying leap over my fence. I was so shocked and upset I really didn't know what to do. I called Joan at Little Shelter and along with Jodi and another guy from Little Shelter came to my house to help me look for her. It was raining so hard but we looked for Polly for hours. We didn't find her that night but they came back at 7.00 am to look some more and set 2 traps for her. I checked the traps a few times and then about 10.00 pm I found her in one of the traps. They were absolutely wonderful.
