Kane needs a home ...

pet partner, Kane is an affectionate pleaser in a pit/boxer (?) body.
He came to us as a surrender - his owner went to jail ... It is obvious poor Kane never learned any manners so I am teaching him how to walk on a leash, how to sit and how to not be so mouthy when playing ball.
He really seems part retriever because he'll bring you back ball after ball, or squeaky toy, over and over again!
He will lie down and rest after he's had a long walk/run and just wants to chill. He is dog friendly and walks at the Blueberry Hill trail with various dogs from the shelter and gets along with everybody.
He has got HAPPY TAIL cuz he's always wagging it and he has a HUGE SMILE on his face, almost always ...
I hate to say it, but he has a "girlie" bark ... not what a big tough guy wants his friends to know, but he is a sweetheart (a real DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH). He just got neutered on monday, 4/7, so he's ready to go!
Kane travels well in the car, walks well on leash, is very affectionate and gives kisses ... he is SUPER SMART and a fast learner. We are really bonding
