so i wold just like to say a few comments about people who bring us animals that they want to surrender... first of all i understand times are hard and that some people just cant handle the financial or physical responsibility of a pet at this time and they are making a wise decision to give the animal to a shelter rather than euthanize it or something else however.... that is only part of the decision... the other part is to look where they are taking it.. for instance our no kill shelter that only runs off of donations... they thought about and want to bring it to the no kill shelter where they know it will be safe but they refuse to donate anything... not even 5 dollars or 1 dollar... we too are going through the same financial issues others are and yet are expected to take animals and treat them on the no money we already have because of people's stupidity... think the next time they find a stray or want to surrender their animals we might not be here all cause too many people expected for us to pull the money out of the sky to pay for the care of the first animal they brought... stop.. think.. then bring the animal to a shelter...donate
