The shelter makeover contest is almost over. It looks like West Suburban is so close, but maybe it won't be enough. It's too bad because the shelter does such good work for the animals. There are so many deserving shelters around the country, though, and everyone is working so hard. read more

There isn't much time left in the makeover contest. I really hope the shelter can keep moving up in the rankings. The place is so crowded and worn out, it would be really nice to see some improvements made. read more
