A Memorial to Sadie: As the date of a very sad day approaches, I wanted to write about a very special poodle that blessed my life. Her name was Sadie. She was a tiny poodle I adopted in 1989 for the Animal Welfare Association of Warren County, Missouri. She was dumped along the road on the coldest night of the year.
