What kind of parents raise monsters like these?

This is why I don't usually watch the local news. There is always an animal abuse story that keeps me up at night. Today, they showed the cutest 8-week-old kitten that some 7-year-old boys had used for target practice with their BB guns. It has about 6 pellets still in it and will never be able to walk again. Can't change shelters.

I read a review about the no-kill shelter I'm supporting, and want to change to Pima Animal Shelter because they really need help. I guess once you choose, you're commited. read more
