MURRY PART II

We started feeding this stray kitty outside in the garage, which is not an attached garage. We cut a large printer paper box to make a bed. I filled it w/ rags & such for him. I just didn't want to get attached to him in case his owner came by looking for him. He did have a collar on & was clean, cute & nothing wrong w/ him. We lived on a duck farm & one day my husband comes to me & says "Have you seen what's on our back door?" Well of course I had to go look. On the screen outside hung a little orange & white kitten. My husband had been wanting a Rottie for some time. It was just a matter of time & $. I called home 1 day from my 2nd job, and lone behold he had news! He had found an ad in the local paper saying found lost Rottie come claim her or adopt her if nobody claims her. So of course my husband Bert was the 1 to call. Nobody ever called to claim her. My husband suprised me by bringing home a little kitten for us. He'd seen a sign for kitten's in front of a local house. I am not sure how long he considered doing this before he actually stopped. We decided to give him the name Max. I went right out to Wal-Mart that night & bought a litter box, litter, scoop, a collar, kitten food, & toys. Max had full run of our apartment.
