There is a lot to do around here and it was volunteer day at the shelter and there is still more work to do. With horses there are always more chores to be done. The work is unending but is very rewarding. read more

Its volunteer day at Angel Acres! I took a half day today so that we could help repair fence boards (we do it every spring and fall at the very least) and do a general clean up of the property. The winds we have been experiencing have been bringing in trash from the neighboring farms and properties. read more

Off to work this morning and I am going to be really early which is a great thing! Quiet time and coffee before the busy day starts. The traffic usually isn't too bad on Teusdays so I should make it fairly early. read more

I think this is like the Cat in the Hat! Maximus has been sleeping in the socks basket for the past 4 hours or more! He is in there right now and refuses to move. He looks very comfortable and the single socks now have a purpose again!! read more
