I have been feeling bad lately because I have had to place Snoggle on a stricter diet. I love my cats and have had a bad habit of showing that with food (I am getting better). I like the idea of having a lot of cat to love. But I would rather have less cat if it means having it round for a lot longer. I have to say no when Snoggle begs for food. She is very good at it. A Rumble grumble

I just added a couple of photos of my latest foster baby: Rumble. She is a sweet natured little thing that was starting to turn mean because some idiot had taught her that aggressive attack/play fighting was a cute game. She came to me because there wasn't enough room at the shelter and she needed a place to stay until a space opened up. She had just been fixed and was the sweetest little thing you could hope for. I am beginning to think that I should have named this cat Monk instead of Pooka.  I got her a little laser toy that looks like a mouse from the SPCA gift store and all she wants to do is play with it.  EVERY time I get up she runs after me demanding (and I do mean DEMANDING) that I play with her.  I haven't had the stupid thing that long and I am already on my second set of batteries.Does anyone out there know of a 12 step program for cats? read more
