We just came home from Doc's and Bubbles my foster dog has been diagnosed with a very bad heart murmur. She is going to be taking Lasix in the pill form. Doc also said her blood protein levels were really high and suggested a vegetarian diet for a while to see if this helps. It's been 1 month since Bubbles has been with us and I'm happy to report she has gained 9 pounds!!!!Another 5 and she will be looking good.Her fur is starting to grow back, she is loving going for daily walks(Even though she can't see to much and sometimes will get turned around and start walking away from us rather than with us.) read more
