Well, last night we brought Cora down into the living room and she didn't hide when she saw the other cats. As a matter of fact she played, played, and played! She's still down here, hiding, but at least she's starting to socialize a bit more. It's been around four months now, maybe by next year she'll be a confident member of the "herd." read more

Well, we had more snow last night, and the first thing I saw this morning were many paw prints, coming from all directions, ending up at our feeding stations. While I rarely actually "see" Coco, Claire or Harry, it's good to know they're doing well! Rhett and Cora used to be part of this gang, but not any more--they've moved to the "big house." read more

We recently removed the carpet and refinished the living room floor of our 158 year old house. As nothing is level, this has become the most entertaining room for the cats--balls never seem to stop rolling! read more
