Samson is Missing!

Is this not the worse thing a pet owner can face? Saturday morning he was here. He was fine. I fed the dogs. He was on the porch when I gave him his joint supplements, fed him and gave him a treat. I got Riley, bathed him and took Riley to the vet. When I got home, Samson was here, I left again, went to Elkin, ran some errands and when I came home, it was raining. I didn't see Samson. I love my dogs and would truly like to have more than I do, but then I feel guilty now that I don't always have enough time to spend with the ones that I have. Samson is so loving. He is a big beautiful dog with bad hips but he is so loving. I just can't do enough for him. He just wants to be with me all the time. Then there is Lily. I do love dogs! I have four and would have more if my spouse had the love for animals that I do! Two of the four were adopted at the Wilkes County Animal Shelter and the other 2 were free puppy ads. First of all, let me tell you, there are no free puppies. Lacy, our first free puppy, was adopted on Veteran's day. Her mother had been abandoned by the previous owner and her lot mate had died before the kind gent found her and she had 11 puppies of which Lacy was one. Of course after puppy shots… read more
