What a disaster (shelter, that is)

If you remember with Katrina, many families wouldn't leave their homes because they couldn't take their pets with them. And many families abandoned their pets, never to be seen again. We would like West Plains Animal Shelter to be the shelter for the area that can take care of animals in times of disaster, be it a tornado or family crisis.
