One of the volunteers from our Potsdam Animal Shelter has come in to my 2nd grade class to teach the students how to handle and care for pets. She brought her cat with her along with a Dr. Seuss book. What a wonderful opportunity this has been for the kids. They absolutely loved the visit and we are looking forward to the next one. read more
