This past week and weekend I trucked Mensa and Revere to Michigan for Richland Park. I was suppose to go with my trainer, but oops! She had a baby! There is nothing like galloping a horse when the temperature is just right. This past week it has felt like fall (at least untill 11 in the morning!). Today I jumped all the horses and mainly worked on maintaining a forward, steady rythem. Since I had a lack of jump crew today ( =) ) I left all the jumps the same for every horse, the intermediate and the young horses. So we had our first show of the season this past weekend at Riverglen. I brought five horses, 2 intermediate and 3 novice horses (Brett was suppose to go training but was off due to a minor trailer injury for about 2 1/2 weeks prior).
