Contest Almost Over!!

In many ways, I am saddened by the fact that the shelter makeover contest will end soon. It has been a wonderful experience for our entire community that we serve (3 central PA counties)! The website and contest have served to bring animal lovers together for a common cause, e.g. a shelter makeover which we need so badly.
