The front page of today's DuPage County Daily Herald has a story about Kenosha WI's soon to close greyhound racing park. I'm really happy to say that there was a near record number of adoptions at the 10th Annual Critter Corral Guinea Pig Rescue Open House on Sunday. 21 guinea pigs found homes!!!! Well, somehow we got our messages crossed. I met up at the usual spot where we do guinea pigs exchanges. She only brought one guinea pig; the one being adopted tomorrow.
