I violated the rules????

I have been told by Zootoo that I violated the rules by commenting on petstores that I did not feel had the best interest of the rabbits they are serving. I apologize for this if this was somehow wrong. However, I noticed that they took away thousands of points from me. I do not understand how they could do this.
