This morning one of my daughter's horses was down and not feeling well. It always scares me when they are laying down, I know they need to sleep and rest but it still scares me, just incase it is something else I always make the poor things get up and move around. Neighbors too Close?

Gee, we have 5 horses in our fenced area outside. Our neighbors right next to the horse pasture decided to plant trees on their property. That's cool, they even provide shade for the horses. Spring is almost here

Yea, it is almost Spring time, then Summer. I can't wait. The animals know it is coming also. We have had a couple of nice hot sunny days, so the horses got baths. They loved their scrub down. Time to clean out pastures, corrals, barns, new coats of paint, planting a garden, all the fun things Mother Nature allows us to do. And more daylight … read more
