Today our visiting cousin dog went back home with her mom. Our dog is a little lonely, at having lost his fun playmate. If Isis returns inside the house without having caught any rodents outside, the first thing she does is check her food dish to see what it might contain. Her favorite is chicken, prepared and shredded just the way Dad fixes it. Isis turns her nose up at almost anything in her food dish, except fresh chicken that's been cooked just the way she likes it--boiled with carrots and celery. Once in a great while, she'll stoop to eating canned cat foor...fish might be the current favorite. read more
