It's quiet around here tonight...we're back to being a one-dog household. Our dog no longer has to share our attention with a visitor, nor does he have to look longingly at our visitor's unfinished dinner as she ponders whether it's a meal fit for a queen, before she finishes it off! read more

Oh, Happy Day!

If Isis returns inside the house without having caught any rodents outside, the first thing she does is check her food dish to see what it might contain. Her favorite is chicken, prepared and shredded just the way Dad fixes it. What's for supper?

It's pretty difficult to listen to Isis whining to go "ow-w-w-w-w-t" incessantly, while she's sitting directly in front of you with her unbroken gaze.
