A good vet is hard to find

I have had no luck finding a vet for Angel. We had such a bad experience at Banfield that I want to make sure that we do things right this time. Is it so much to ask to find a vet that is ok with a holistic vaccine schedule and raw feeding? Every place that I called said they insist on yearly vaccines and do not recommend raw feeding.
