Erie County SPCA supports Veterinary Students

I am a fourth year veterinary student at Cornell University and I am doing an externship at the Erie County SPCA. Dr. Chevalier and Dr. Moran are so awesome and are helping me to learn more about veterinary medicine and allow me to practice my skills with them in the shelter. I think there is a lot of potential to teach students while still performing the funtions the shelter needs to accomplish on a day to day basis.
