It is hard to put into words why raptors are so wonderful. They are not cute, like penguins. Koalas are cuddly looking, but eagles definitely are not. If you have a pet, there is definitely an up side to being sick: You have attentive help and very portable, safe heating pads. The bad part is being sick and not being able to appreciate it as much as when you feel good. read more

James is really cute. He pretty much sleeps all day (he's a cat, of course!) and schnoozes with me every night, cuddling and purring and sticking his long whiskers in my face. What is really interesting is that when friends come over, he comes right over and is all over them. read more
