Just another busy day with lots to do and not enough time to do it all. I can't wait for "day light savings" to change over as it still gets too dark for me to work outside after 6:30. It just seems like I keep doing and get nothing accomplished in the end. read more

Today was very busy day at the shelter even though hardly anyone came to look at our shelter pets. We had SNAC (Spay/neuter) pickup in the early morning and then Fox 28 arrived around 12 to do news coverage on LHS and zootoo. Can't wait to get to bed. I'm exhausted read more

Perhaps we have spoiled for the last month with nice sunny weather. Today's rain (and tomorrow it looks like it) makes it a dreary, somewhat depressing day. I did get out and walk with the cats, but other than that, I stayed in bed. Now tonight, I MUST clean the house and do something proactive. read more

With a two acre pond it takes me half the day to drag and burn it! It's very tiring even though I ride on the mower most of the time.
