Spay/Neuter Issues

Richard's visit this week and challenge to think about the right number of free spay/neuter procedures to expect vets to offer in order to earn Angel Wings has been on my mind since his visit. What a day with Richard

I’m writing this before even reading Richard’s journal on our shelter. What a terrific day. I don’t know what he saw or will take away from his shelter visit with us today. Shelter Makeover

Why does the Humane Society of Parkersburg deserve to be selected as the winner of the Zootoo Million Dollar Makeover? That's a very good question. First, I must say that I'm certain that all the shelters in the Top 20 and those beyond are all very deserving. I am writing this the morning after. I told someone that I felt like I had just been through 3 months of labor, have delivered the baby but don't know yet whether its a boy or a girl.
