WIth all this ice storm mess, we are still losing electricity. We have been more lucky than others though. Our power usually comes back on after 4-5 hours. Ivy, my iguana, is more than a little mad about all of this. When the power goes out, she loses her heat lamps in the deal. Talk about one cold, ticked off iguana. Ivy is shedding her skin again. I feel bad for her when it happens because she is so itchy. We help her out as much as we can by removing the really loose skin for her and gently rubbing her to help loosen some of it. She seems to really appreciate that.
