CCSPCA in Orlando!

Hi, all CCSPCA supporters. I'm just back from Orlando, where the Cecil County SPCA was one of the 20 shelters honored for being a finalist in the shelter makeover contest. It was such a thrilling event, even though we did not make it to the final 3 contestants that move on to the next round of the competition. We can't believe it, but we just got a call from Mr. Top Cat's office that the Cecil County SPCA has been moved up to Number 20 in the makeover contest and Zootoo's team is coming to visit this Thursday, May 1!
