Played lots of fetch this weekend. Red and Blue love fetch, and they always bring the ball back. Champ loves to chase the ball, but either doesn't get it or gets it and runs off to chew on it. Bear used to run off with the ball and chew on it, but with lots of encouragement he's actually bringing the ball back to me now. Good boys! read more

I put a new bulb and a new starter in our big fish tank this weekend. With the light back on, we noticed that one of our neon tetras is missing an eye! It's a very peaceful community tank, so I have no idea what could have happened to the poor guy. He doesn't seem to be in pain or anything. Just weird. read more

After a few beautiful 70 degree days, we're back to the cold and snow. The dogs got to stay inside today, too cold to leave them in their outdoor runs. I guess I'll be thankful for the couple warm days and continue looking forward to spring. read more
