Day #1 without my girl

This is the 1st full day without Dixie. All of the animals are acting different. They are so smart. They are all giving Mom and Dad a little extra love. Hanna, Lance, and I went shopping today. We did Petsmart and Petco in Robinson. Not a good thing. Brooke County Shelter and Beagle Rescue were there. Too tempting to rescue another baby. I was good though. read more

Sad News

Unfortunately we had to have Dixie put to sleep today. She would have been 16 years old on June 1st. She was a good girl, but her body just couldn't have in there anymore. Hug and kiss your animals tonight and don't ever take for granted that you have them. They are a precious gift. read more
