Help the animals

I believe there are to many animals out there that are homeless and that shouldn't be, the only home they have right now are the animal shelters which are becoming way to overpopulated,and its not the animals fault,thats why i believe in helping these animal shelters try and expand so they can continue giving homeless animals the help they need!I believe people should get there animals fixed so that these things dont happen,i also believe people shouldn't own a pet if they can't take full respon… read more
