Cat's are sleeping the winter away

Both of my cats seem to be in an almost hibernative state this winter. It is our first winter in snow country and it so cold out that they have become for all intents and purposes entirely indoor cats...(at least for the time being) I have noticed though, that they are sleeping ALOT more than they used too.
