I was working on my landscape yesterday and came acrossed an anole that was moulting. It was completely covered with a veil of loose skin that was only attached in a few places. Looked uncomfortable! This isn't related to animals but I'm excited. I just got a bunch of herbs, dirt, and a planter and I'm going to make a little herb garden for my patio. I've been wanting to use more fresh herbs when I cook since I'm cutting down on salt. Great way to do it. Use fresh herbs! I love spring. read more

My Egyptian Mau cat has finished his medicine for a month and goes back next week to get his liver enzymes checked. My gouldian finches are going through their second spring moult and what a mess! Feathers flying everywhere. I found a great way to help contain the mess.
