The lure coursing event coming up at DogBoy's sounds really fun. I'd love to see if Skipper would go after a lure. They're clocking speeds with a radar gun. And for a good cause too. Proceeds go to help find homes for retired racing greyhounds and to a spay/neuter program. read more

I did some T-Touch on Skipper this afternoon. He accepted it and relaxed, as long as I stayed away from his muzzle and his rear end. Skipper needed a good long walk today. With the rain, he hasn't been out as much as usual and he was driving me crazy. I loaded him up and took him over to Town Lake. I came home from running some errands with a new sun visor. I sunburn easily and I thought I'd wear it to the shelter when I'm doing some dog walking in the sun.
