The theme of this entry is health/wellness. Truth be told, the Cattaraugus County SPCA doesn't have any problems with health or wellness of the animals in the physical sense. But I gotta say, if we won that makeover, it would be leaps and bounds towards improving the mental state of the animals. The dogs in particular could really stand to benefit from a lounge-type room.
