Why should Stray Rescue of St. Louis win a shelter make over? I think they should because they help so many animals find their forever homes. The poor horses are having to stay inside for another day. Yesterday it was because the mud was much too deep for them to be out. Today there so much snow! They did get a few hours out. Tomorrow I'll try to leave them out all day. read more
